建筑企业对工程经济成本实施有效的管理,不仅仅能够对建筑施工经济成本实施有效的控制,还能够促进企业自身经济效率的提高。尤其是在社会经济快速发展的情况下,建筑企业市场竞争剧烈,有效的建筑经济成本管理能促进建筑企业经济效益的提高。随着市场环境的变化,企业建筑经济成本管理工作发挥的作用日渐重要。但是在实际的建筑经济成本管理当中还是存在一些重点问题,不利于建筑企业的可持续发展。为此,为确保建筑企业经济管理工作质量以及管理效率得到有效的提高,就需要重视当前建筑经济成本管理的问题,并且采取合理的处置方法,从而实现建筑企业的稳定、快速发展。
