目的研究首次发现的乳糖发酵鼠伤寒沙门菌腹泻病例株的耐药型和分子型特征,优化网络实验室检测方法。方法网络参比实验室分别使用系统生化鉴定、血清分型鉴定、纸片扩散法和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型对菌株进行生化特征和血清型、耐药表型和分子型的复核鉴定。结果菌株符合乳糖发酵的鼠伤寒沙门菌表型特征,耐药型为多重耐药株,PFGE图谱经本地数据库比对属于新的分子型,其遗传特征归属于本地的流行大克隆。结论乳糖发酵的非伤寒沙门菌病例菌株的发现过程和鉴定对诊断和治疗感染性疾病、优化实验室检测流程、提升网络实验室的能力、阐述肠道菌遗传进化的生物多样性等方面具有多重意义。
Objective To study the drug resistance and molecular characteristics of the first case of Salmonella typhimurium diarrhea in lactose fermentation and to optimize the method of network laboratory tests. Methods The biochemical characteristics, serotypes, drug resistance phenotype and molecular type of the strains were verified by systematic biochemical identification, serotyping, disk diffusion and PFGE typing Identification. Results The strain was consistent with the phenotype of S. typhimurium fermented by Lactobacillus. The resistant strains were multi-drug resistant strains. The PFGE map was a new molecular type by local database, and its genetic characteristics belonged to the local popular clones. Conclusions The discovery process and identification of non-typhoid Salmonella typhimurium strains in lactose fermentation have important implications for the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases, optimization of laboratory testing procedures, enhancement of network laboratory capabilities, elaboration of the genetic diversity of intestinal bacteria evolution, etc. significance.
