在设计直流锅炉蒸发段受热面时,对受热管壁和流动的汽水混合物之间的传热情况的知识是特别重要的。为此设计出了一张线算图,可以用来确定重量流速、辐射热输入和蒸汽压力有关的管壁超温Δ_(tii)和内侧传热系数α_i。另外列出一系列的图象以阐明超温的变比与蒸汽压力、受热强度和重量流速的关系。并根据这些图象中的曲线导出一些对设计直流锅炉很重要的知识。最后还研究了部分负荷情况下的管壁超温,并指出对锅炉结构的影响。
The knowledge of the heat transfer between the wall of the heated pipe and the flowing soda mixture is of particular importance when designing the heating surface of the evaporator section of the boiler. To this end, a line diagram was designed to determine the tube wall over-temperature Δ_ (tii) and the internal heat transfer coefficient α_i related to weight flow rate, radiant heat input and steam pressure. In addition, a series of images are presented to illustrate the relationship between over-temperature ratio and steam pressure, heat intensity and weight flow rate. And based on the curves in these images, I came to derive some important knowledge about designing a DC boiler. Finally, the tube wall over-temperature under partial load was also studied, and the influence on boiler structure was pointed out.
