前言:已发表的报告提出抗痉挛药物可以产生胎儿畸形。用小白鼠研究苯妥英钠可引起胚胎畸形,并与药物剂量有关,促进或抑制苯妥英钠代谢的其他因素对畸形的发生有数量上的影响。给予妊娠母鼠苯妥英钠的时间条件,亦影响畸形发生的频率及类型。病例介绍:本文报导七例服用苯妥英钠的孕妇分娩7个婴儿(四男、三女)皆有相似的骨骼畸形。主要表现为:远端指骨与趾骨有不同程度的发育不全及不规则的骨化,以致手指变短,变窄,末端畸
Preface: Published reports suggest that anticonvulsant drugs can produce fetal malformations. Phenytoin in mice can cause embryo deformity, and with the dose of the drug to promote or inhibit phenytoin metabolism of other factors on the occurrence of deformity have a quantitative impact.
