目的通过对3~6岁学龄前儿童进行氟化泡沫和氟保护漆预防龋齿项目,评价氟制剂能否有效控制儿童乳牙龋病上升趋势,降低乳牙患龋率,改善口腔状况,从而整体提高儿童口腔健康水平。方法选取北京市5所幼儿园600名3~6岁儿童为研究对象,分为2组,每组300人,一组为试验组每6个月进行一次氟化泡沫和氟保护漆的使用,另一组为对照组不使用氟化泡沫和氟保护漆,只采取常规口腔保健措施,2年后对2组儿童龋面均和患龋率进行评价。结果 2组儿童的龋面均和患龋率都有不同程度的下降,试验组患龋率、龋齿平均发病率明显低于对照组,使用氟化泡沫和氟保护漆的一组儿童的龋面均和患龋率下降31.8%,龋均数0.86。对照组儿童的龋面均和患龋率下降5.8%,龋均数1.86。采用独立样本的t检验比较2组间基线和2年后新龋增加量的差异,2组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在目前我国儿童患龋还较高的情况下,每6个月对儿童使用一次氟化泡沫和氟保护漆预防龋齿的效果明显,能有效地降低儿童龋面均和患龋率,儿童易于接受且安全可靠,能取得很好的疗效,应该在3~6岁儿童间广泛推广。
Objective To evaluate whether fluorine preparations can effectively control the declination of caries in primary deciduous teeth of children aged 3 ~ 6 years old with fluoridated foam and fluoride protective lacquer to prevent tooth decay, reduce the prevalence of decayed teeth and improve oral conditions, so as to improve the overall performance of children Oral health level. Methods A total of 600 children aged 3 ~ 6 years from 5 kindergartens in Beijing were selected as subjects and divided into two groups of 300 persons each. One group was treated with fluorinated foam and fluoride protective paint every 6 months. Two years later, caries surface and caries prevalence of two groups of children were evaluated. Once every 6 months, children are treated with fluorinated foam and fluoride protective paint to prevent dental caries. The caries can be effectively reduced both in children and in children.
