目的 检测无糖尿病性视网膜病变的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者和正常人的中心视野光敏感度 ,评价视野检查在糖尿病性视网膜病变早期诊断中的作用。 方法 对 4 0例 ,75只眼 ,年龄 4 6~ 71岁 ,眼底正常的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者及 4 4例 ,76只眼 ,年龄 4 5~ 72岁的正常人作视野检查。采用美国 Dicon TKS- 4 0 0 0型视野分析仪 ,检测中心 30°视野内 80个点的光敏感度。 结果 正常眼底的糖尿病患者 ,中心视野中多个检测点显示光敏感度下降 4~ 8d B;有些出现了光敏感度下降偏差群 ;糖尿病组中心视野的三个区域内的平均光敏感度分别与正常组的平均光敏感度比较 ,差异均有显著性的意义 (P<0 .0 0 1)。 结论 糖尿病患者在出现视网膜病变之前视网膜神经感觉功能已在一定程度上受到了损害 ,而且视网膜光敏感度的下降与血视网膜屏障有无渗漏并不相关。电脑视野检测在糖尿病性视网膜病变的早期诊断中有一定的临床价值
Objective To investigate the central photopic sensitivity of non-diabetic diabetic retinopathy and non-diabetic retinopathy and to evaluate the effect of visual field test in the early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 40 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (DM), 75 eyes (46 to 71 years old, normal fundus) and 44 normal controls (76 eyes) and normal controls (aged 45 to 72 years) were enrolled in this study. Using the United States Dicon TKS-4000 visual field analyzer, detection center 30 ° visual field 80 points of light sensitivity.
