纤维增强复合材料(FRP)应用于预应力加固钢管线工程,其预应力施加与锚固是急需解决的重要问题,因此对FRP布预应力装置进行专门研究很有必要。基于FRP加固金属管线的力学性能,研制了新型的FRP布预应力张拉锚固一体式锚具,并进行了预应力张拉与锚固性能试验。结果表明:旋转锚杆可张拉纤维布,螺栓固定能有效锚固。同时,测试FRP布加固钢管预应力性能参数,分析预应力FRP布的应变分布规律。
Fiber reinforced composite (FRP) is applied to prestressed reinforced steel pipelines. Prestressing and anchoring are important problems that need to be solved urgently. Therefore, it is necessary to study FRP prestressed concrete device specially. Based on the mechanical properties of metal pipe reinforced by FRP, a new type of FRP prestressed tensile anchoring integrated anchor was developed, and the prestressing tensile and anchoring performance tests were carried out. The results show that the rotating bolt can pull the fiber cloth and the bolt can be effectively anchored. At the same time, the test FRP cloth reinforcement steel prestressed performance parameters, analysis of prestressed FRP fabric strain distribution.
