目的了解巢湖市放射工作人员受照剂量水平,探讨放射工作人员个人剂量监督监测的有效方法。方法按照《职业性外照射个人监测规范》(GBZ128—2002)规定进行监测。结果97.5%的放射工作人员人均年剂量当量小于5 mSv,并逐年下降;放射工作人员人均年剂量当量为乡镇、厂矿医院高于市、县级医院。结论巢湖市绝大多数放射工作人员的工作环境是安全的;今后监督监测的重点应为乡镇和厂矿医院。
Objective To understand the dose level of radiation workers in Chaohu City and to explore the effective method of supervising and monitoring the personal dose of radiation workers. Methods The monitoring was conducted according to the provisions of “Personal monitoring of occupational external radiation” (GBZ128-2002). Results 97.5% of radiation workers per capita annual dose equivalent less than 5 mSv, and decreased year by year; radiation workers per capita annual equivalent dose of townships, factories and mines hospital higher than the city and county hospitals. Conclusion The working environment of the vast majority of radiation workers in Chaohu City is safe. The focus of supervision and monitoring in the future should be townships and factories and mines and hospitals.
