我院1982～1985年收治肺结核合并肺心病81例,其中男51,女30。年龄15～73岁。肺结核病依靠病史、体征、X线、痰结核菌及结素试验综合诊断。肺心病靠病史、体征、X线、心电图诊断。凡符合标准者,均行心电图检查,并对Ptf—V_1(P波终末电势)及P电轴进行测量。
Our hospital from 1982 to 1985 admitted to pulmonary tuberculosis with pulmonary heart disease in 81 cases, of which 51 were males and 30 females. Ages 15 to 73 years old. Tuberculosis depends on the history, signs, X-ray, sputum TB and tuberculosis test comprehensive diagnosis. Pulmonary heart disease by history, signs, X-ray, ECG diagnosis. All eligible patients underwent electrocardiogram examination, and Ptf-V_1 (P-wave terminal potential) and P-axis measurements.
