6月14日,沪港经济高级顾问委员会年会在宁波举行,沪港两地120多位知名企业家济济一堂。年会期间,国家发改委宏观经济研究院常务副院长刘福垣做了主题发言,其观点鲜明、辞风犀利的精彩演讲,令与会嘉宾频频喝彩,大呼过瘾。6月初,中央举行了一次由中央和各省市主要负责人出席的工作会议。在这次会议上,再次强调要完善我国的宏观调控,特别强调了加强宏观调控的预见性和针对性。强调以经济手段为主,标本兼治、着力治本,这些内容是很有新意的。最重要的是,会议强调大力启动稳健的财政政策,在突出财政政策的同时没有提货币政策,我认为这是一个很微妙的变化。
On June 14, the annual meeting of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Economic Advanced Advisory Committee was held in Ningbo and more than 120 famous entrepreneurs from Shanghai and Hong Kong gathered together. During the annual meeting, Liu Fuyuan, executive vice president of the Macroeconomic Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, made a keynote speech. His brilliant speech and sharp speeches made the guests applause and hooked loudly. In early June, the Central Government held a working conference attended by the chief officials of the central government and various provinces and cities. At this meeting, we once again stressed the need to improve our macroeconomic regulation and control, with special emphasis on the predictability and pertinence of strengthening macroeconomic regulation and control. Emphasis on economic means, treating both the symptoms and the root causes of problems, these contents are very innovative. Most importantly, the meeting emphasized that vigorous initiation of a prudent fiscal policy should not highlight monetary policy at the same time and did not mention monetary policy. I think this is a very delicate change.
