目的:探讨新形势下医院人力资源管理。方法:针对我院目前人力资源管理中存在的一些问题进行分析,给出应对策略。结果:实施科学、合理的医院人力资源管理策略,对改进以往人力资源管理中的不足具有重要的作用,同时能有效提高我院人员资源管理的效率。结论:医院资源的最关键的资源是人力资源,它是最积极和最活跃的生产要素,在各类医院的经营管理中具有重要的作用,对其进行改进和完善有利于医院的发展。
Objective: To explore the hospital human resources management in the new situation. Methods: Based on the analysis of some existing problems in human resource management in our hospital, we give the coping strategies. Results: The implementation of a scientific and rational hospital human resources management strategy plays an important role in improving the shortcomings of previous human resources management. At the same time, it can effectively improve the efficiency of staff resources management in our hospital. Conclusion: The most crucial resource of hospital resources is human resources. It is the most active and active factor of production. It plays an important role in the operation and management of all kinds of hospitals.
