目的 了解西安市儿童青少年身高发育与发达国家的差距及今后的发展趋势 .方法 采用 λ-中位数 -变异系数法 (λ- median- coefficient of variation,L MS)计算各地身高的中位数 ,比较各地身高中位数的差距和各地身高年增长值及男女生身高生长曲线的交叉年龄 .结果 西安市儿童青少年在青春期前均比美国和法国高 ,而在青春期后低于美国和法国 ;农村儿童青少年各年龄组均低于美国和法国 ,青春期后随年龄增长差别更大 .结论 西安市儿童成年后身高低于发达国家 ,主要是由于青春期生长速度减慢所致 ,说明我市儿童青春期营养仍比发达国家差 ,特别是农村儿童 .
Objective To understand the differences between children and adolescents in Xi’an and the developed countries and their future development trend.Methods λ-median-coefficient of variation (L MS) was used to calculate the median of height, The differences in height median and the growth height of boys and girls across the world were compared between the two groups.Results Before the adolescence, children and adolescents in Xi’an were higher than the United States and France, but lower than the United States and France after puberty. In rural areas Children and adolescents in all age groups are lower than the United States and France, with adolescence with age differences are even greater.Conclusion The height of children in Xi’an after birth than in developed countries, mainly due to the slow growth of adolescence, indicating that the city’s children adolescent nutrition Still worse than developed countries, especially rural children.
