在我国各级教育机构的管理中,班主任这个职位可以说是学生日常接触最多的。班主任在一定程度上已经成为了学生的第二个父母,学生在校期间的任何问题都可以找班主任进行沟通。虽然班主任这个工作是平凡的,但是班主任工作的质量直接影响着学生的身心健康发展。因此,班主任的实际工作是非常复杂的,也是非常具有挑战性的。本文通过对班主任工作的实践分析,指出了班主任工作中的重点,为班主任工作的施行提出了相关的建议。
In the management of educational institutions at all levels in China, the class teacher can be said that this position is the most daily contact with students. To a certain extent, the class teacher has become the second parent of the students, any problem during the students can find the class teacher to communicate. Although the class teacher is an ordinary job, but the quality of the class teacher directly affects the physical and mental health of students. Therefore, the actual work of the teacher in charge is very complicated and very challenging. Based on the practical analysis of the class teacher’s work, this paper points out the key points in the class teacher’s work, and puts forward the related suggestions for the class teacher’s work.
