目的了解食品快速检测方法在我国部分食品企业中的应用现况,以促进食品快速检测方法的进一步推广和应用。方法使用问卷形式,调查我国58家食品生产企业应用食品快速检测方法的现况。结果回收企业问卷37份,回收率63.8%,其中有9家企业报告应用了食品快速检测技术,其中8家用于测定微生物学指标,1家用于测定农残。结论我国食品企业对食品快速检测技术应用处于较低水平。
Objective To understand the application of rapid food testing methods in some food enterprises in China so as to promote the further promotion and application of rapid food testing methods. Methods The questionnaire was used to investigate the status of rapid detection of applied foods in 58 food production enterprises in China. Results 37 questionnaires were collected and the recovery rate was 63.8%. Nine of them reported the rapid detection of food using 8 of them for the determination of microbiological indicators and 1 for determination of pesticide residues. Conclusion The application of food testing technology to foodstuffs enterprises in our country is at a low level.
