气管的结构形状对直喷式柴油机气道特性及燃料经济性有一定的影响。本文对装有五种进气管的气道进行了稳流吹风试验及台架试验。结果表明:装进气管后,气流阻力虽有增加,但可利用动力效应提高涡流强度。燃油消耗率可降低3~5%,达5~8g/(kW·h)。而装有顺气道流向的进气管,与逆向管相比,燃油消耗率可降低2~4g/(kW·h)。这对设计进气管(包括多缸机进气歧管)有一定的参考价值。
The structural shape of the trachea has a certain impact on the air passage characteristics and fuel economy of the direct injection diesel engine. In this paper, steady flow blowing test and bench test are carried out on airway equipped with five kinds of intake pipes. The results show that the airflow resistance increases with the installation of the trachea, but the dynamic effect can be used to improve the eddy current intensity. Fuel consumption can be reduced by 3 to 5%, up to 5 ~ 8g / (kW · h). The intake manifold with forward flow, compared with the reverse tube, the fuel consumption rate can be reduced 2 ~ 4g / (kW · h). This design of the intake manifold (including multi-cylinder intake manifold) have some reference value.
