为明确杂交育成的4个马铃薯新品系的综合农艺性状及细胞学特性,以亲本‘H-027’、‘陇薯6号’和‘陇薯7号’为对照,对这4个新品系的主要农艺性状、染色体配对构型和花粉育性进行对比分析。结果表明:4个马铃薯新品系A2、A10、B1和B12的平均株高依次为87.72 cm、72.20 cm、55.62 cm和49.34 cm;B12为中早熟高淀粉型新品系,A2、A10均为中熟全粉加工型新品系,B1为中熟薯条加工型新品系;4个新品系的薯形好、芽眼浅、结薯集中整齐,其平均单株产量在1 kg以上,商品薯率在85%以上;新品系A2和A10的PMCMⅠ中单价体数量多、花粉可育率均较低,适宜作母本进一步改良利用;新品系B1和B12的PMCMⅠ中二价体数量多、花粉可育率较高,适宜作父本进一步杂交利用。
In order to confirm the comprehensive agronomic traits and cytological traits of four new lines of potato hybrids, the parents ’H-027’, ’Longshu 6’ and ’Longshu 7’ The main agronomic traits, chromosome pairing configuration and pollen fertility were analyzed comparatively. The results showed that the average height of four new potato lines A2, A10, B1 and B12 were 87.72 cm, 72.20 cm, 55.62 cm and 49.34 cm, respectively. B1 is a new type of processed potato fries; 4 new lines of good potato shape, shallow eyes, tuber neat and tidy, the average yield of more than 1 kg per plant, potato product rate of 85 %. The PMCMⅠof new lines A2 and A10 had more number of monovalent units and lower pollen fertility rate, which was suitable for further improvement and utilization. The number of bivalent bodies in PMCMⅠ of new lines B1 and B12 was more than that of pollen fertility Higher, suitable for father to further hybridization use.
