近年来,江苏省淮安市淮阴区财政部门加大农业投入,加快调整农业和农村经济结构,不断增加农民收入,保持农村稳定。一是围绕农民减负,积极落实惠农政策。不断深化农村税费改革,全面免征农业税,农民亩均减负34元,调动了农民群众的生产积极性。二是推进农业产业化进程。突出特色,围绕加工,依靠科技,进一步加大农业结构调整力度,先后投资212万元支持丁集蔬菜设施化栽培示范
