2001年,这是我们进入新世纪的第一年,也是我们实施“十五”计划的第一年;这是贯彻落实十五届五中全会精神,进行经济结构战略性调整的关键一年,也是保持国民经济稳定发展的重要一年;这是我们改革发展取得阶段性成果后实施中央新的重大战略部署的一年,也是我们开创新的辉煌的第一年!
This is the first year we entered the new century and the first year in which we implemented the Tenth Five-Year Plan in 2001. This is a crucial year for implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee and making strategic adjustments to our economic structure. It is also an important year for maintaining the steady development of the national economy. This is the first year in which we have implemented the major new strategic plan for the central authorities after we have achieved the initial results in the reform and development. It is also the first year in which we have created a brilliant new year!
