近年来有些学者对持续性高频通气进行了广泛深入的实验和临床应用研究,发现其对流动力学的影响不低于常规机械通气。为能更好地维持动脉血气水平和改善血液动力学变化,我们研制出间歇式高频振荡呼吸机,经动物实验结果显示间歇式高频振荡呼吸机能更好地维持动脉血气水平和改善血液动力学变化。
