本文针对上岗培训考核这一重要环节,建立全过程、全要素、模拟实战、流水作业式的上岗考核模式,以提高考核的质量和效率。考核前要选择考核岗位、完善理论考核题量和题型设置、增加实践性操作考核项目、集体研讨考核细则标准等环节。实际考核流程完全按照正常工作流程,考核要素包括采取个人防护措施、采集核收标本、标本前处理、上机操作、常见故障排除、镜检、特殊试剂配制、报告审核发布、标本遗撒处理、临床危急值报告、回答临床咨询、各种记录等。采用流水作业方式提高考核效率,严格考核纪律确保公平,考核评审确保质量,及时向考生反馈促进持续改进。考核模式标准更加细化和统一,考核更加全面、客观,结果可比性强,提高了效率质量。将上岗考核由组室行为提升到科室行为,可有效加强组织管理,使得上岗考核的质量得到有效控制。
