目的在手术室临床护理中有效的运用人性化护理,可以有效舒缓手术患者焦虑不安的情绪,减轻心理压力,从而使患者以最佳的心态,更好的配合手术治疗工作。方法通过对手术患者进行术前护理、术中护理、术后护理来提高护理质量,降低手术风险,保证生命质量。结果将“以人为本”、“以病人为中心”的人性化护理贯穿于整个手术过程,不仅使医护人员的护理水平和工作热情得以提高,而且提高了手术的成功率,让患者对术后恢复增强信心,安全感倍增,得到满意的护理服务。结论人性化护理使患者可以在最佳的状态下进行手术,最大程度地保障了患者的安全,使其早日恢复健康。
