In order to improve the understanding of the characteristics of giant children’s disease and reduce the occurrence of complications. Now my hospital nearly 8 years delivery child giant 242 cases for analysis. 1 data in our hospital from January 1991 to December 1998 singleton pregnancies in 2455 cases.
