课堂教学的施教者是教师,而学生是学习的主体,学生的发展是英语课堂的出发点和归宿,在小学英语课堂教学中,如何提高后进学生的课堂学习效率是我们一线教师探讨的问题。对教师而言,要提高后进学生的课堂学习效率,就必须精心设计课程——给予后进生成功的体验;赏识学生——给予后进生温暖;鼓励学生——给予后进生热情。
Teachers in classroom teaching are teachers, while students are the main body of learning. The development of students is the starting point and end-result of English classes. How to improve the efficiency of classroom learning in advanced students is a problem discussed by front-line teachers. For teachers, in order to improve the efficiency of classroom learning for later students, we must carefully design the curriculum - giving post-graduation experience of success; appreciating students - giving post-graduation warmth; and encouraging students to give post-graduation enthusiasm.
