目的:探讨二氧化硫衍生物对大鼠性激素的影响。方法:将30只雌性大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组,连续染毒14天,观察卵泡刺激素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)激素水平及对卵巢组织结构的影响。结果:低剂量、高剂量组与对照组比较大鼠血清中FSH水平均明显升高(P<0.05),高剂量组大鼠血清中LH与对照组比较升高明显(P<0.05),低剂量、高剂量组大鼠血清中E2水平明显降低(P<0.05)。高剂量组大鼠卵巢组织的病理改变表现为始基卵泡和初级卵泡增多,而次级卵泡和成熟卵泡较少见,且闭锁卵泡增多。结论:二氧化硫衍生物可引起雌性大鼠性轴功能紊乱及卵巢组织学改变。
Objective: To investigate the effects of sulfur dioxide derivatives on sex hormones in rats. Methods: Thirty female rats were randomly divided into control group, low dose group and high dose group for 14 consecutive days. FSH, E2, LH, Hormone levels and ovarian tissue structure. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of FSH in the serum of the high-dose and high-dose groups were significantly increased (P <0.05). The LH level of the high-dose and high-dose groups increased significantly compared with the control group (P <0.05) Serum E2 levels were significantly lower in the dose and high dose groups (P <0.05). High-dose group of pathological changes in ovarian tissue showed primordial follicles and primary follicles increased, while the secondary follicles and mature follicles are rare, and atresia follicles increased. CONCLUSIONS: SO2 derivatives can cause sexual axis dysfunction and ovarian histological changes in female rats.
