日前,全国人大常委、民建中央副主席、经济学家辜胜阻在就中小企业和宏观经济形势接受采访时指出:当前我国中小企业面临前所未有的困难,融资困难加剧是一个重要原因,应采取多种金融和货币政策帮助中小企业渡过难关。
