全科医学是初级卫生保健的重要内容,也是新兴的临床医学学科。我国自二十世纪八十年代引进全科医学后,医务界和卫生部门对此给予了大力支持和高度重视。如何建立具有中国特色的全科医学,以促进我国卫生制度改革,服务群众健康,是目前亟待解决的重要课题。鉴于此,本文从全科医学的概念出发,分析了我国全科医学发展的困境,并在此基础上提出了我国全科医学发展的有效策略,希望本文能对我国全科医学发展提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。
General practice is an important part of primary health care and an emerging clinical discipline. Since the introduction of general practice medicine in our country in the 1980s, the medical circles and the health departments have given great support and attach great importance to it. How to establish general practice medicine with Chinese characteristics so as to promote the reform of China’s health system and serve the health of the masses is an important issue to be solved urgently. In view of this, starting from the concept of general medicine, this paper analyzes the predicament of the development of general practice in our country, and on this basis puts forward the effective strategies for the development of general practice in China.
