[目的/意义]探讨参与我国公共数字文化资源整合项目的行为主体构成、各角色的构成及角色职能设置方案,为该类项目的建设提供借鉴。[方法/过程]基于对社会学角色理论中“角色期待”概念框架下几个概念(角色期待中设置与分配、角色职能设置与分配)逻辑关系的梳理,结合相关的文献调研、政府文件,设计角色期待的访谈提纲和调研问卷,对公共文化机构从业者进行调研,对访谈结果和回收的问卷进行总结、分析和探讨。[结果/结论]我国公共数字文化资源整合项目中,同行政级别合作意愿更高;角色分配应结合《文化部信息化发展纲要(2013-2020)》,考虑从业者的角色期待,为各行为主体分配合理的角色,特别注意第三方机构的协调和中介作用;在此基础上,项目建设之初,应该根据已有角色分配对角色职能进行详细扩展。
[Purpose / Significance] To explore the composition of the actors involved in the public digital cultural resources integration project in our country, the composition of each role and the set-up of the roles and functions, so as to provide reference for the construction of such projects. [Method / Process] Combining the logical relations of several concepts (setting and distribution of role expectations, setting and distribution of role functions) under the concept of “role expectation ” in the sociological role theory, combining with relevant literature research, the government Documents, the expected outline of the role of the design of the interview and questionnaire survey of public cultural institutions practitioners to conduct research on the interview results and recovery of the questionnaire were summarized, analyzed and discussed. [Results / Conclusions] The willingness to cooperate with the executive level is even higher in the public digital cultural resources integration project in our country. The role distribution should be based on the Outline of Information Development of the Ministry of Culture (2013-2020) The main body allocates reasonable roles, paying special attention to the coordination and intermediary functions of third-party institutions. On the basis of this, the project should be expanded in detail according to the existing role assignments.
