1 内容与方法1.1 调查内容 以《食品卫生法》和《饮用天然矿泉水厂卫生规范GB16330》的要求为基准,内容有厂房与设施、卫生设施、生产过程的卫生、卫生和质量检验、个人卫生与健康。1.2 检验项目与方法 检验项目为菌落总数、大肠菌群、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐;检验方法按GB/T8538规定。1.3 结果判定 生产场所卫生学调查按《食品卫生法》和《GB16330饮用天然矿泉水厂卫生规范》的要求判定;抽样监测结果依据GB8537饮用天然矿泉水国家标准判定。
