随着科学发展观不断深入人心,人们在住宅建筑的设计与建设中逐步向绿色、生态与环保的理念靠近。所谓绿色生态住宅是指资源与能源消耗较少,同时废弃物排放较少的住宅与居住小区,其遵守的是可持续发展的原则,更加关注人与自然的和谐相处,符合国家的相关政策。绿色生态环保型的住宅为居住者提供了舒适、健康的生活环境,绿色生态环保住宅的理念是现代以及未来社会都值得提倡的科学理念。本文结合相关的理论知识以及笔者多年的实践经验,就绿色生态住宅理念产生的背景以及绿色生态环保住宅的发展理念等两方面出发进行探讨,以期对相关的理论研究与实践有所助益。
With the scientific concept of development continues to gain popular support, people gradually approached the concept of green, ecological and environmental protection in the design and construction of residential buildings. The so-called green ecological housing refers to residential and residential areas with less consumption of resources and energy and less discharge of wastes. They adhere to the principle of sustainable development and pay more attention to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature and in line with relevant state policies. Green eco-friendly houses provide residents with a comfortable and healthy living environment. The concept of eco-friendly green houses is a scientific concept worthy of promotion both in modern times and in the future. Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge and author’s years of practical experience, this article explores the background of the concept of green ecological housing and the development concept of green ecological environment-friendly housing, in the hope of contributing to the relevant theoretical research and practice.
