来自Norplant皮下埋植后患者主诉下列不规则出血之一列入本文研究:1.出血期延长:连续8d出血或点滴出血。2.不规则出血:出血间隔少于15d。 76例自愿者参加研究,全体埋植时间在前3年内(平均2～32个月),2/3在1年内。就诊时妇科检查排除其它因素出血。阴道超声波测量子宫内膜厚度并测定血清雌二醇和孕酮浓度。2/3妇女血清雌二醇低于50 pg/
Patients from Norplant subcutaneously complained of one of the following irregular bleeding included in this study: 1. Extended bleeding period: Bleeding for 8 consecutive days or spotting. 2. irregular bleeding: bleeding interval less than 15d. Sixty-six volunteers participated in the study. The total implantation time was within the first three years (average 2 to 32 months) and two-thirds within one year. Gynecological examination at the time of treatment to rule out other factors bleeding. Vaginal ultrasound measures endometrial thickness and measures serum estradiol and progesterone concentrations. 2/3 women serum estradiol less than 50 pg /
