目的:检验简明症状量表(BSI)在高中生中的信、效度。方法:1284名高中生完成简明症状量表(BSI)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果:总量表的α系数为0.96,9个因子的α系数在0.64-0.82之间;总量表的条目间平均相关系数为0.29,9个因子的条目间平均相关系数在0.26-0.44之间;总量表的重测信度为0.73,9个因子的重测信度在0.39-0.80之间。总量表与各因子的相关系数在0.39-0.80之间,9个因子间的相关系数在0.49-0.73之间。验证性因素分析的指标中,GFI为0.88,NFI为0.87,CFI为0.87,χ2/df为3.76,RMSEA为0.05。BSI总分及各因子分与SCL-90的总分及各因子分的相关系数在0.48-0.99之间。结论:BSI中文版自评问卷具有较好的信、效度,可以用于我国高中生人群心理健康水平的比较研究。
Aims: To examine the reliability and validity of the BSI in high school students. Methods: 1284 high school students completed the Concise Symptom Inventory (BSI) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results: The alpha coefficient of the total scale was 0.96, the alpha coefficient of the 9 factors was between 0.64 and 0.82; the average correlation coefficient between the items of the total scale was 0.29; the average correlation coefficient between the items of 9 factors was 0.26-0.44 ; Test-retest reliability of the total scale was 0.73, test-retest reliability of 9 factors was between 0.39-0.80. The correlation coefficient between the total scale and each factor is between 0.39 and 0.80, and the correlation coefficient between the nine factors is between 0.49 and 0.73. In the indicators of confirmatory factor analysis, GFI was 0.88, NFI was 0.87, CFI was 0.87, χ2 / df was 3.76 and RMSEA was 0.05. The correlation coefficient between the total score of BSI and each factor score and the total score of SCL-90 and each factor score was 0.48-0.99. Conclusion: The BSI Chinese version of self-assessment questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used to compare the mental health of high school students in our country.
