新疆地处大陆性气侯带,光热资源丰富,但早春和晚秋经常有霜冻危害。因春秋两季热量不足,限制了作物布局和产量的提高。为了探索一种省能、省工、成本低、效果好的增温保温措施,以充分利用光热资源,促进农业生产。经过几年的试验,对比观察,设计出组合式球面充气塑料拱棚取得了明显效果。组合式球面充气拱棚(如图),是在两层塑料薄膜之间按一定间距粘合后,中间充入空气,形成多个条形球面气囊。各个球面气囊在不同方位上始终与太阳光保持垂直,增加了直射光的透人,气囊内的静止空气层则增加了拱棚的保温性能。为了满足春、秋不同季节多种用途的需要,充气棚采用组合式设计,棚面可组合成大、中、小棚;能分能合,既节约资金,
Xinjiang is located in the continental climate belt, rich in light and heat resources, but frost damage often occurs in early spring and late autumn. After several years of testing, comparative observation, designed composite spherical inflatable plastic arch shed achieved significant results. Combined spherical inflatable arch shed (pictured), is a two-layer plastic film bonded at a certain distance, the middle filled with air to form a number of spherical gas balloon.
