进水流道与泵站效率初探

我县地处里下河下游,地势低洼,易涝易溃。70年代和80年代初兴建的500多座轴流泵站,基本上都是用的20ZLB-70型泵,由于扬程低(都在2.0以下),泵站装置效率普遍不高,一般在35％～40％左右。新建时,最高的也只有42％。离水电部颁标准净扬程在3.0米以下特低扬程泵站,站效率达50％以上的要求差距较大。

My county is located in the lower reaches of the river, low-lying, easy flood and easy collapse. More than 500 axial-flow pumping stations built in the 1970s and early 1980s are basically 20ZLB-70-type pumps. Due to their low lift (both below 2.0), the pumping station efficiency is generally not high, generally at 35% ~ 40% or so. When built, the highest is only 42%.
