对肝小静脉闭塞病超声误诊为布-加综合征1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,48岁。反复右肝区疼痛伴呕吐3 d入院。9个月前因卵巢癌手术后使用1个疗程的长春新碱(剂量不详)。查体:巩膜黄染,腹稍隆、无浅表静脉曲张,右肋下触及肝边缘,触痛(+),左肋下脾触及,腹水征(+),双下肢凹陷性水肿。
Small venous occlusive disease of the liver vein misdiagnosed as Budd-Chiari syndrome in 1 case analyzed as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 48 years old. Repeated right hepatic pain with vomiting 3 d admission. Nine months ago, a course of vincristine was used after ovarian cancer surgery (unknown dose). Physical examination: scleral yellow dye, belly bulging, superficial varicose veins, right rib and palpable liver edge, tenderness (+), left splenic stria touch, ascites (+), lower limb pitting edema.
