由中央电视台、中国剧协主办的1991年全国中青年京剧演员电视大赛举行后,社会各界反响很大,不少报刊也发表了一些各式各样的意见。中国戏曲学院作为我国唯一的戏曲教育高等院校,长期以来培养出了大量京剧表演人才,在这次及以往的各种大赛中,参赛及获奖的人数都占了相当的比例。因而,中国戏曲学院的广大教育工作者也很希望能就1991年的这次电视大赛发表一点看法。为此,1991年12月21日上午,本刊编辑部邀请部分教师举行了座谈。现将发言整理在此发表,以期引起社会名界的重视。座谈会由中国戏曲学院副院长、本刊主编钮骠主持:
After the 1991 National Youth Opera TV Competition held by the CCTV and the Chinese Theater Association, there was a great response from all walks of life in the community. Many newspapers also published various opinions. As the only drama education institution of higher learning in China, the Chinese Opera Academy has long cultivated a large number of Beijing opera talent. In this and all previous competitions, the number of entries and prizes has accounted for a considerable proportion. Therefore, the majority of educators at the Chinese Academy of Opera also very much hope to make a comment on this 1991 television contest. To this end, December 21, 1991 morning, editorial department invited some teachers held a discussion. Presentations are now published here, with a view to arousing the attention of the community.
