目的:基于代谢组学理论,探讨2,4-二硝基苯酚和干酵母致热病证候模型在代谢组学层面上的关联性。方法:运用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS技术手段,利用PCA和PLS-DA数据解析方法,研究正常大鼠、2,4-二硝基苯酚致热病证候模型大鼠和干酵母致热病证候模型大鼠尿液中代谢物组时量的轨迹变化和对应关系。结果:初步确定了两个热病证候模型相同的生物标志物的变化规律存在差异。结论:应用代谢组学方法,对比两个热病证候模型的生物标志物的变化规律,阐明了两个热病证候模型的差异性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the association of 2,4-dinitrophenol and dry yeast-induced fever syndrome model at the metabonomics level based on metabonomics theory. Methods: The normal rat, 2,4-dinitrophenol-induced fever syndrome model and dry yeast induced fever were studied by UPLC-Q-TOF / MS and PCA and PLS- Changes in the trace of metabolites in urine of the rat model of syndromes and their corresponding relationship. Results: The changes of biomarkers with the same model of fever syndrome were preliminarily determined. CONCLUSION: Metabolomics is used to compare the changes of biomarkers in two models of fever syndromes and to elucidate the differences between the two models of fever syndromes.
