巢元凯1969年毕业于天津大学土木建筑工程系。曾任职于天津市规划局塘沽规划处、塘沽区规划土地管理局、塘沽区规划和国土资源局等,任总工程师,正高建筑师。国家一级注册建筑师、国家注册城乡规划师。曾任天津市规划委员会委员、天津市人大城建环保委委员,九三学社天津市委常委。著有《天津市塘沽区规划志》《实用建筑施工手册》《实用建筑设计手册》《快速建筑设计图集》等。
Kaiyuan Kai graduated from Tianjin University in 1969 Department of Civil Engineering. Once worked in Tianjin Planning Bureau Tanggu Planning Department, Tanggu District Planning Land Authority, Tanggu District Planning and Land Resources Bureau, chief engineer, is the architect. Registered national level architects, registered urban and rural planners. Served as a member of the Planning Commission of Tianjin City, Tianjin Municipal People’s Congress Building Environmental Protection Committee, Tianjin Municipal Committee of Jiu San Society. Author of “Planning Tanggu District of Tianjin” “Practical Construction Manual” “Practical Architectural Design Manual” “Rapid Architectural Design Atlas” and so on.
