目的:观察牛黄上清软胶囊对特殊模型小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法:采用脑缺血再灌注模型小鼠和D-半乳糖所致老年痴呆小鼠模型。结果:牛黄上清软胶囊可显著增强脑缺血再灌注小鼠被动学习和主动学习的能力,但对小鼠血液中MDA、MAO和SOD含量影响不显著;对老年痴呆小鼠模型,牛黄上清软胶囊除明显增强小鼠主动学习和空间分辨的能力外,还可显著降低小鼠血液中MDA和MAO水平,并显著增强老年痴呆小鼠的免疫功能。结论:牛黄上清软胶囊具有显著改善小鼠学习记忆的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Niuhuang Shangqing Soft Capsule on the learning and memory of special model mice. METHODS: A mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice and D-galactose was used.
