我国经济以及事业单位体制改革的不断深化,在事业单位管理中,使得财务管理的作用日益加重,同时也让财务管理面对着巨大的考验,事业单位为了适应改革的大趋势,必须让单位的财务管理必须走上科学化、精细化的道路。本文就事业单位财务管理科学化、精细化的基本概念进行了简单的叙述,并提出了改进事业单位财务管理科学化、精细化的几点建议。
