以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央用科学发展观引领文化建设,在实践中深化了对文化发展规律的认识,形成了新时期新的社会主义文化发展观。从“四位一体”总体建设格局的角度和“文化兴国”的战略高度,强调“文化软实力”对增强国家综合国力和国际竞争力的重大作用。发展中国特色社会主义文化必须坚持以人为本,以不断满足广大人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求为目的,以建设社会主义“文化强国”为目标,以社会主义先进文化为方向构建社会主义核心价值体系,以改革创新为动力,文化事业和文化产业两手抓、两加强,不断解放和发展文化生产力,推动中国特色社会主义文化科学发展。
The party Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary leads the cultural construction with the scientific concept of development, deepens the understanding of the law of cultural development in practice, and forms a new socialist cultural development outlook in the new era. We should aim at building “a powerful socialist country” and build a socialist core value under the direction of an advanced socialist culture System, taking reform and innovation as the motive force, cultural undertakings and cultural industries both hands and two strengthening, continuously liberating and developing cultural productive forces and promoting the scientific and cultural development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
