Affected by such factors as the slowdown of economic growth, the readjustment of economic structure and the exchange of old and new government investment and financing mechanisms, the investment in fixed assets has been facing upward pressure on growth in recent years. Since 2014, relevant departments and localities have accelerated the construction of major projects in accordance with the plans of the State Council, Effective investment, but from January to May 2015 investment growth situation, investment growth downward pressure is still large (see Figure 1).
