感应炉和碱性电炉熔炼的W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2高速钢,采用CSBA复合脱氧剂终脱氧,钢锭铸态组织得到改善。抑制了莱氏体共晶碳化物在钢液冷凝过程中的严重偏析。经热加工锻造成80×80mm~2的钢坯中,碳化物细小均匀,基本上消除了碳化物网络和扁锭宽、窄面造成的差别。高温塑性得到改善。钢的回火硬度峰值有向高温移动的趋势。1250℃淬火后的奥氏体晶粒度没有明显变化。
Induction furnace and alkaline furnace smelting W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2 high-speed steel, the use of CSBA composite deoxidizer final deoxygenation, ingot as-cast structure is improved. Inhibit the serious segregation of ledeburite eutectic carbide in the liquid steel condensation process. Forged into billets of 80 × 80mm ~ 2 after hot working forging, the carbides are small and even, and the difference caused by wide and narrow width of carbide network and slab is basically eliminated. High temperature plasticity is improved. The tempering hardness of steel has the tendency to move to high temperature. The austenite grain size after quenching at 1250 ℃ did not change significantly.
