为了控制水土流失,改善生态环境和生产条件,今年三月,水电部长江流域规划办公室,会同我县农委和水利、林业、特产局以及区、镇、大队组成了规划调查小组,通过现场调查,反复讨论,编制出流溪河小流域水土保持综合治理规划。 在小流域综合治理中,发展多种经营是使群众尽快富起来的重要措施。现将该小流域综合治理中发展多种经营的规划简报如下。 基 本 情 况 流溪河小流域位于我县东北。流域面积32.2平方公里,流域中部为一小盆地,地形四周高峻陡峭,海拔最高1299米,最低180米。山坡坡度一般为25～35度,西部为近百米的陡崖绝壁。土壤主要是石灰质土,还有紫色土、山地黄棕壤和黄棕壤等,坡地PH值6.8左右,流域多年平均气温16℃,无霜期280天,半高山与河谷气温相差5℃,年均降雨量1485.4毫米,夏季雨量明显集中,约占全年的44％。 流溪河小流域四季分明,全年温湿,颇宜喜温
