目的了解成都市致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为合理用药提供科学依据。方法浸渍法。结果成都市致倦库蚊对氯菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯产生了抗性,抗性系数分别为9.5和2.5;对DDVP抗性系数为1.1,属于敏感种群。结论蚊虫抗性的产生是其长期接触杀虫剂的必然结果,抗性的发展程度与杀虫剂的使用频率密切相关,停用杀虫剂后,蚊虫敏感性会逐渐恢复。
Objective To understand the status quo of resistance to commonly used insecticides in Culex pipiens pallens in Chengdu and provide a scientific basis for rational drug use. Method dipping method. Results Culex quinquefasciatus developed resistance to permethrin and alpha-cypermethrin in Chengdu, with resistance coefficients of 9.5 and 2.5, respectively. The resistance to DDVP was 1.1 and belonged to sensitive populations. Conclusion The emergence of mosquito resistance is the inevitable result of its long-term exposure to insecticides. The development of resistance is closely related to the frequency of insecticide use. Insecticide susceptibility will recover gradually after insecticide is stopped.
