Beijing is one of the most concentrated high-tech enterprises in the country. The rise and decline of high-tech industries play an important role in the economic development of Beijing. In order to effectively solve this dilemma and increase efforts to support high-tech enterprises, the development of Beijing’s high-tech industries has generally fallen into the dilemma of high costs, low returns and lack of funds.
