针对目前学校安全的严峻形势和现状,阐述了危机的意义、特性、发展阶段及学校危机的类型。基于危机管理及公共危机管理理论,阐述学校危机管理的基本意义。针对学校危机的特性,通过预案预警、应急响应和风险管理三个阶段探讨了学校危机管理机构的构建方法,期能提升学校危机管理能力,让学生能在学校中平安学习与健康成长。
In view of the current severe situation and current situation of school safety, this paper expounds the significance, characteristics, stages of development and types of crisis in schools. Based on the theories of crisis management and public crisis management, this paper expounds the basic meaning of crisis management in schools. In view of the characteristics of school crisis, this paper discusses the construction of school crisis management institution through three phases: pre-warning, emergency response and risk management, which can improve the school’s crisis management ability and enable students to learn safely and grow healthily in school.
