曹×,女,23岁,服务员。因G_1P_0孕40~(+4)周于1997年4月17日收住院待产。 查体:发育良好,肥胖体型,测体温36.8℃,脉搏88次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压14/9kPa,心肺(-),呈妊娠腹型。肝脾未触及,宫高32厘米(cm),腹围110cm,先露头,浮,ROA,胎心152次/分,无宫缩,双下肢轻度浮肿。化验检查:Hb 138g/L,WBC 11.4×10~9/L,N 64％,L36％,尿常规(-),B超报告:单胎头位,胎盘功能Ⅱ~(++)(部分钙化)、羊水混浊。入院当天行催产素引产失败,
