为总结第一周期医院分级管理与评审工作,部署第二周期医疗机构评审,卫生部医政司于1997年11月26日～28日在济南市召开全国医政工作会议,卫生部部长陈敏章到会并做了重要讲话。 陈敏章部长在讲话中从理论和国内外实践上充分论述了医院评审工作的意义和发展趋势。对我国近十年来的医院评审工作成绩给予了充分肯定,客观地分析了存在的问题,并就今后医院评审工作做了重点强调。 各省市卫生厅(局)对前段医院分级管理与评审工作做了阶段性总结,尽管各地开始工作时间不一,做法上各有特色,但经过几年来的工作,在加强医院全行业管理,提高医院标准化、规范化科学管理水平,促进医院内涵建设和重点
