为了评价百日咳无细胞菌苗的效果,作者于1981～1983年间从东京的几所医院中挑选了283例百日咳患者,对其接种过无细胞菌苗的家庭接触者与接种过全细胞菌苗的家庭接触者的继发病例发生率作了比较.283例百日咳患者中271例未免疫,6例全程免疫,6例部份免疫.病人家属中首发
In order to evaluate the efficacy of acellular pertussis vaccine, the authors selected 283 patients with pertussis from several hospitals in Tokyo between 1981 and 1983 to compare their contact with a cell-free bacterin and those vaccinated with whole cell vaccine The incidence of secondary cases of family contacts was compared .283 cases of whooping cough in 271 cases were not immunized, 6 cases of full immunity, 6 cases of partial immunity.
