金融衍生品随着我国金融自由化的浪潮成为现代市场经济中迅速发展的金融工具。金融产品的创新能够促进人民币利率市场化,金融衍生品的出现给国际金融带来了一场革命,我国发展金融衍生品市场已是大势所趋,而在利率市场化背景下,我国在金融常识产品的发展过程中还存在着很多问题,因此需要对我国金融衍生品进行合理的路径选择和规划。本文从金融衍生品的角度出发,对利率市场化背景下我国金融衍生品的发展状况进行分析,并根据发展状况对我国金融衍生品的路径进行规划。
Financial derivatives As the wave of financial liberalization in our country becomes a rapidly developing financial tool in modern market economy. The innovation of financial products can promote the marketization of RMB interest rate. The emergence of financial derivatives has brought a revolution to international finance. The development of financial derivatives market in our country is the trend of the times. In the background of interest rate liberalization, There are still many problems in the development process, so we need to make a reasonable choice of path and planning for the financial derivatives in our country. From the perspective of financial derivatives, this paper analyzes the development of China’s financial derivatives in the context of interest rate liberalization and plans the path of China’s financial derivatives according to the development status.
